Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP): You’re Pathway to Skilled Careers
WILP programs are conducted in partnership with recognized universities and institutions. CAIT’s Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP), also known as the “Earn & Learn Model,” is designed to empower India’s youth, especially those from underserved areas, by combining structured learning with real-world experience.
Program Features:
On-the-Job Training
On-the-Job Training is a hands-on method where employees learn skills by performing tasks in their actual work environment.
What is WILP ?
WILP is a dynamic program where you:
- Learn by Doing: Gain hands-on experience through On-the-Job Training (OJT) with leading industrial and commercial organizations.

- Develop Industry-Relevant Skills: Acquire skills aligned with National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) standards through a blend of practical OJT and online theoretical learning.

How WILP Works:

- On-the-Job Training (OJT): Student-trainees are placed in industry settings to gain practical experience in their chosen job roles.
